I. Reschedules
To reschedule, please notify us at least 3 business days before your scheduled appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled once. For current availability, reschedules must be made within 2 weeks. A debit/credit card is required on file to book with us. The card on file will be charged accordingly.
Reschedules made:
2 days or less will be charged a 25% of service price reschedule fee.
1 day prior will be charged a 50% of service price reschedule fee.
Same day will be charged a full payment for service.
II. Cancellations
A debit/credit card is required on file to book with us. The card on file will be charged 50% of service price for any canceled or rescheduled appointment made within 24 hours of an appointment. Same-day cancellations are subject to pay the full price of the service.
III. No Shows
Arriving 15 minutes late or failure to communicate to us via TEXT that you need to cancel or reschedule will be recorded as a no show. No shows will be charged for the full service and will not be permitted to book with us in the future.
